RBS Invention Convention Update
Superintendent McGee has cancelled all after-school activities today due to the impending inclement weather. Therefore, we are cancelling the evening portion only of today’s Invention Convention. Since all of the projects are already at school, we are going to proceed with the school-time portion of the event.
- Students will set-up their projects and showcase them to RBS staff members and students during the day today.
- We will have the judging process (by staff members) directly after school.
- We will announce the winners during morning announcements on Wednesday.
- I will also send home a separate Principal’s Note on Wednesday announcing the winners.
Because we have a concert in our gymnasium on Thursday, we need to have parents pick up their child’s project either tomorrow (the school will be open), or Wednesday – before or after school.
Safe travels!
