RBS Third Graders are US National Finalists at the Northern New England Invention Convention

The Northern New England Invention Convention Awards were presented this past Sunday. We are proud to report that four of our RBS 3rd grade students were announced as US National Finalists. Shelby Gibson won the Home Improvement Award, David Morales won the Sports/Toys/Games/Music Award, and Jihan Song won second place in Best in 3rd Grade Award AND the Environmental Impact Award. These 3 students have qualified for the US Nationals, and they will represent our state in the Raytheon Technologies Invention Convention U.S. Nationals 2021 competition in June, which will be held virtually. In addition, Casey Wydom won the Adaptive/Assistive Technology Honorable Mention award. Congratulations to all of the Finalists!
