Silent Auction/Fundraiser in Honor of former RBS Student
Emma Bechert was a former RBS student who sadly passed away this past August. Her family and local community are holding a fundraiser in her honor in order to support one of Emma’s favorite charities – Families in Transition. Please read the statement below from Emma’s mother, Mandy, for more information:
Miss Emma and I were involved in National Charity League a mother daughter service organization meeting the philanthropic needs of our community. We spent many a chilly Saturday together with other moms and daughters trying to help others in our part of the world. NCL holds an annual tea and raises money for one of the philanthropies they service. This year’s tea is being given in honor of my sweet Emma and proceeds will go towards Families in Transition, her most favorite place to volunteer. The online auction is a way for anyone to participate. The auction will close on Saturday at the close of the tea. I am so thankful that Emma’s legacy will continue to be that of helping others.
